ASSESMENTUMPIRE REVIEW SYSTEM

An ICC panel of experts will meet soon to assess the umpire review system used during the recent India-Sri Lanka Test series and decide whether it's appropriate to implement the system for the Champions Trophy next month.

Following will be the member of the committee:

Dave Richardson, the ICC's general manager (cricket), umpire Simon Taufel, match referee Ranjan Madugalle, Tim May, the chief executive of the Federation of International Cricketers' Associations, Kumar Sangakkara, the Sri Lanka vice-captain, and Anil Kumble, the India captain.
